01The Guild

ThePrequate
Guild.

A closed circle of senior operators, brought together to think alongside each other, and sometimes alongside Prequate's own clients, on live problems while '10x'ing their impact on the world.

Being impactful is a fact your peers already recognize in you, which isfar bigger than any title.

02What it is

The Prequate Guild is a closed circle of operators who have actually built something, brought together to think alongside each other and, sometimes, alongside Prequate's own clients.

There is no resume line intended here, only work peers already acknowledge.

03How membership runs

Three programs, one membership. Nothing owed between them.

  • 20 to 25 peers, table-style dinners and roundtables
  • Confidentiality as the norm here, not a policy line
  • Standing cross-invitations into the Prequate Table
CadenceSeasonal
04Financially

How this works, financially speaking.

Standing membership is non-cash, deliberately. What you get instead is access, visibility, and a room worth being in.

Time spent actually solving a client's problem is always paid separately if you have discussed that, at market rate, and specific contributions and speaking engagements may sometimes carry an honorarium, in cash or in kind.

05Who this is for
Must have01
  • Real operating credibility, not just advisory experience
  • No live conflict with Prequate's current client list
  • Already gives before it takes, and peers can vouch for it
Your edge02
  • Deep, real-world expertise in a sector or function
  • Already known to an existing Guild member or Prequate partner
  • Comfortable being the named point of view behind an idea
Foundations03
  • Strict NDAs that bind Prequate and every Guild member
  • Never a request for any proprietary information
  • Actively cares about driving change, not collecting titles
06Why this room is rare
  1. 01A seat at the Table, Prequate's own founder community, earned without a client mandate
  2. 02Recognition peers already extend on sight
  3. 03A point of view carried through Voices and credited as yours, twice a year
  4. 04Access to opportunities to solve real business problems for the mid-market promoter
  5. 05A circle kept deliberately small, capped by design and not grown for its own sake
07Process

How a seat comes to be. Five steps, no fine print.

08FAQ
  • No. There is no employment relationship, no reporting line, and no expectation of ongoing work. It is a peer membership.

  • Standing membership is not paid, deliberately. Time spent actually solving a client's problem is always paid separately, and specific contributions may carry an honorarium.

  • A Properties gathering each season, a closed Pulse session quarterly, and a Profiles piece distributed through Voices twice a year.

  • Realistically, a handful of hours every couple of months. There is no ongoing deliverable and nothing owed between touchpoints.

  • No. Credit is only ever given for input you actually provided, and it is always visible, never used quietly in the background.

  • No, never. That is a firm line, not a soft assurance.

  • Yes, a mutual one. Every Guild member is bound by a strict NDA, and so is Prequate. The confidentiality runs both ways.

  • There is a standard, warm, no-explanation exit always available.

  • Yes, by design. Membership gives you visibility into real problems Prequate's clients are working through. If one is a genuine fit, that becomes its own paid conversation, separate from standing membership.

  • Historically, guilds were self-governing orders of verified craftsmen. Membership was a peer-verified fact about mastery, not a title an institution handed out. That's the most literal fit for what this is.
